Your privacy is the foundation of our store. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect. Only what's needed to fulfil your order: name, phone number, delivery address, email, and — if you upload one — your payment slip.

How we use it. To process and deliver your order, verify payment, and send order updates (confirmation, tracking number). Nothing else.

What we never do. We never send marketing emails, SMS or calls. We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for marketing. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order — delivery companies, who see only your name, address and phone number, never the contents of your order.

Payment slips are stored securely with restricted access and used solely to verify your transfer.

Website measurement. We use Google Analytics to measure aggregate site traffic — visitor counts and which pages are popular. It sets cookies and processes usage data in anonymised form. We do not send your name, email, phone number, address or the contents of your order to Google. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention. Order data is kept only as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted.

Your rights. Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — contact us via LINE or email.
